This document outlines the relationship between Haal Salon and its users. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following operational standards and legal boundaries.
01. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Haal Salon application and website operated by BookGentl Innovations Private Limited. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.
02. User Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old to create a primary account. Minors may use the platform only under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the application, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
03. Use of the Platform
Haal Salon provides a digital infrastructure allowing users to search, book, and manage salon and beauty service appointments. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, fraudulent bookings, unauthorized access to system infrastructure, and any attempt to disrupt the service availability for other users.
04. Bookings and Appointments
All service bookings made through the app are subject to the following conditions:
- Availability: All bookings are subject to the real-time availability of the partner salon.
- Accuracy: Users are solely responsible for selecting the correct services, staff members, and time slots.
- Partner Policies: Individual salons may enforce their own specific policies regarding delays, late arrivals, or no-shows.
05. Payments
Payments for services may be processed online through the platform or in-person at the salon, depending on the specific salon's configuration. BookGentl Innovations does not store sensitive cardholder data; all financial transactions are secured and processed through globally recognized, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
06. Cancellations and Refunds
Users retain the right to cancel or reschedule appointments within the timescales allowed by the app. Please note that refund eligibility and amounts are determined by the individual salon's cancellation policy and the timing of your request.
07. User Responsibilities
To maintain a high-quality community, users agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- Provide truthful and non-misleading information in all interactions.
- Respect the policies, timings, and staff of our partner salons.
- Refrain from using the platform for any malicious or competitive research purposes.
08. Third-Party Service Providers
Haal Salon acts as an intermediary connecting users with independent salons. BookGentl Innovations is not a service provider of beauty treatments and is not responsible for the professional quality, safety, or results of services provided by third-party partner salons.
09. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookGentl Innovations Private Limited shall not be liable for:
- Issues regarding the quality or technical execution of salon services.
- Delays or scheduling conflicts caused by the service provider.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of third-party services.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes an acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdictions where BookGentl Innovations operates, including the United Kingdom and other operational territories in the Middle East and Asia.
