How do I change or cancel a booking?
Open your booking in the Haal app and choose reschedule or cancel. Salons set their own notice period, so changes made well ahead are always easier. Cancelling early also frees the slot for someone else.
My salon is not listed. Can I add it?
Yes. If you run a salon, spa or barbershop and want bookings through Haal, get in touch using the form above and we will walk you through joining as a verified partner.
Does it cost anything to book?
No. Haal is free for customers. You pay the salon for your service exactly as you would walking in — there is no booking fee and no prepayment.
How quickly do you reply?
Support queries are usually answered the same day. Partner and onboarding questions may take a little longer as they go to our partnerships team.
