Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation & Cancellation & Refund Policy Last updated: 02 March 2026 This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to services provided by Bookgentl Innovation Private Limited through the HAAL platform, website and mobile application. 1. Service Cancellation Users may cancel bookings or services through the HAAL platform based on the cancellation policy of the respective salon, spa or service provider. Cancellation rules such as time limits, charges or restrictions may vary depending on the service provider. HAAL acts only as a platform connecting customers and service providers, and cancellation policies may be determined by the individual salon or service provider. 2. Order Cancellation (Products) Orders for products placed through the platform may be cancelled before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped or delivered, cancellation may not be possible. 3. Refund Policy Refunds may be provided under the following conditions: If a payment is made but the service is not provided If a booking is cancelled within the allowed cancellation period If a product order is cancelled before shipping If there is a duplicate payment or payment error Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. 4.
